Privacy Notice Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

* Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data:
—————————————————–
Your personal data is used:
1. To assess the suitability of your candidate profile for a job offer and its corresponding job description.
2. To identify your potential interest in a career move and in applying for a specific job offer.
3. To evaluate your candidate profile in certain areas (skills tests, personality assessments, etc.).

* Categories of Data Collected:
———————————-
The personal data collected by VoiceHire may include the following: name, surname, email, phone number, audio recordings of your interviews, and transcripts of those recordings.

* Lawfulness of Data Processing:
————————————–
Your consent (Article 6-1.a of the GDPR).
The performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures to which you are a party (Article 6-1.b of the GDPR).
The legitimate interests of VoiceHire and its partners (Article 6-1.f of the GDPR).

* Recipients of Your Data:
——————————
The collected data is intended for the temp agency, recruitment firm, or employer who initiated the recruitment campaign during which you interacted with tools developed by VoiceHire.

* Data Retention Period:
————————————–
Following our last contact, your personal data will be retained for 24 months by default before being anonymized or deleted.

* Sources of Your Data:
————————
Your personal data comes from:
1. Information you previously agreed to share with the temp agency, recruitment firm, or employer responsible for the recruitment campaign.
2. Additional information you provided and that was collected by VoiceHire during the relevant recruitment process.

* Use of Your Data:
————————————
The content of your audio interviews is analyzed by algorithms incorporating artificial intelligence technologies to transcribe your interviews as accurately as possible and to highlight key elements.
Based on your answers and the configuration set by the organization behind the recruitment campaign, our application assigns a compatibility score between your candidate profile and the job description.
This also applies to personality and skills assessments.
It is important to note that the application does not assign a score to a candidate as a person, but rather a compatibility score between the conducted interviews and a given job description.
As such, the same candidate may receive very different scores depending on the nature of the interviews and the job offers applied to.
This process is solely intended to assist the recruitment team and does not replace human analysis, which remains essential to confirm or adjust the tool’s scoring. This prequalification step is only a preliminary phase prior to direct exchanges with a view to a potential collaboration.

* Transfer of Your Data Outside the European Union:
———————————————————-
The storage of your personal data is carried out in France and Germany, both of which fall under the scope of the GDPR.
In addition, in the context of the technologies used for conducting and transcribing interviews, your audio exchanges with our tools may transit through various software components hosted in the United States. In compliance with the GDPR, each of these processes is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with the concerned providers to ensure the protection of your personal data.

Furthermore, we remind you that you have rights to data portability, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection regarding your personal data.

To exercise these rights, we provide a dedicated contact form available at the following address:
